Janabai
Janabai, 1360, poet-saint of Maharashtra. Very little is known of her life. She was probably an orphan and was adopted by a tailor of Pandharpur and grew up in the company of the saint, Namadev. She is the author of about 300 abhangas, which are still popular in Maharashtra.
