Respected Sir,
I am writing this letter mainly to bring to your kind notice the unsatisfactory conditions in your school that I noticed during my recent visit.
According to my son Omkar studying in Std. IX, the toilet in the school is poorly maintained and he fears that this might lead to the spread of diseases. Moreover, as the water tank that provides drinking water to the students is not cleaned regularly, there is always a danger of spreading infection and waterborne diseases. The desks are not dusted properly and thus the clothes of the students are spoiled.
I hope that I have succeeded in drawing your attention towards the basic problems in your school and you will take quick appropriate steps to solve them. I suggest that you will have to employ better staff and offer them better terms if you do not want your students to suffer.
