We thank you for your letter dated 16th July. We have pleasure in giving you our estimate, which is as follows:
Coffee/Tea and sandwiches: Rupees 150 per person
Lunch and soft drink: 450 per person
Coffee/Tea and Pastries: Rupees 170 per person
We would like to inform you that our hall shall be provided for the occasion with a nominal fee of rupees 10,000/- for four hours. Extra charge of rupees 800/- per hour will be charged after stipulated time limit.
A sum of rupees 6,000/- should be paid by you in advance and the balance amount shall be charged after the completion of the programme.
