Sub.: Arranging an excursion and Field Trips
Sir,
Our school is planning to organize an excursion cum educational trip of 3 days 2 nights to Shimla in the month of May i.e., during summer vacation. There are approximately 40 students and 3 teachers. We would like you to organize the same for us, as you are a leading Travel agency in the city. However, the dates of the trip preferred by me is between 21st March, 2009 to 30th March, 2009. It would be highly appreciable if you arrange the tickets of Kalka mail till Kalka, followed by the Toy train. The hotel should be on the main mall with basic facilities like hot water, T.V. etc.
The cost of the trip should not exceed more than Rs. 3,000 but at the same time, every facility needs to be included. So let me know what itinerary you can plan. I leave it upon you to arrange for a comfortable and safe trip and stay.
