Subject: Complaint regarding GPRS system.
Sir,
Our school has recently launched and installed GPRS system in our school buses to keep track on children by their parents and school transport department. But the same is not working smoothing and at times fails to show results. The reason to install the GPRS system is to provide relief to parents who keep waiting at the stop for long time due to traffic and can know the actual location of the bus. We regret to say that your product is not up to the mark as we expected.
It is our request to look in to the matter and resolve the problem at the earliest.
