Sub: Complaint against damaged goods
Sir,
I regret to inform you that the test tubes and jars that were ordered by us to you have reached us in very bad shape. The marking on the test tube is not clear, while some of the jars are damaged. It seems that there has been some carelessness by your packing department. The jars must have been damaged due to inappropriate and careless packing.
Kindly replace the damaged and defective goods at the earliest. Payment will be released after the receipt of complete supply in proper condition.
