How do the bees make honey?

The bees suck the nectar from the flowers and swallow them. Special enzymes in the bees, act on the nectar whereby the sugars in it undergo a chemical change and a large amount of water is re-moved from the nectar. The product that results from these chemical changes is honey which is put into the honeycombs to ripe.
