How does  a Chameleon catch its prey?

A Chameleon has an insectivorous mode of feeding. Its long protrusible tongue with a sticky clubbed tip helps it to catch the insects. Normally its tongue  about 1 foot long, is kept rolled up like a tape inside its mouth. As soon as it detects an insect, it sticky tip. It then rolls back its tongue along with the prey into its mouth.
